SafeSyt HR ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by ADCX Lab Hub. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal info: Name, phone number, IC/passport number, staff ID, EPF/SOCSO numbers
• Employment data: Salary, attendance records, leave, claims, shift schedules
• Device data: GPS location (for attendance verification), camera (selfie punch)

2. How We Use Your Data

• Process attendance, payroll, leave, and claims
• Verify worker location during punch in/out
• Generate payslips and HR reports
• Communicate with workers (notifications)

3. Data Storage & Security

• Data stored securely on AWS (Amazon Web Services) in Asia Pacific region
• Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Access restricted to authorized HR personnel and the worker themselves

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only accessible by your employer's HR admin and yourself.

5. GPS & Camera

• GPS is used only during punch in/out to verify work location
• Camera is used for selfie verification and receipt uploads
• Location and photos are not tracked outside of punch actions

6. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of employment plus 7 years (as required by Malaysian employment law). Workers may request data deletion after employment ends.

7. Your Rights

• Access your personal data via the app
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
